Spring Is the Time to Clean Out and Restock
Before you add anything new, it helps to clear out the old. That's why we built the Take Back Bag, a $10 recycling kit we offer in partnership with Trashie, the circular fashion platform that grew out of For Days.
How the Take Back Bag Works
The process could not be simpler: buy the bag, fill it with worn-out socks, tees, underwear, anything textile up to 8 lbs. Scan the QR code, print the prepaid UPS label, and drop it off. That’s it. Trashie routes everything through their North American sorting facility, where each item gets graded and directed toward its best possible next life, reuse, recycling, or downcycling. About 70% of what comes in is still reusable, and they process over 100,000 pounds of clothing and textiles every week. Across all their bags to date, Trashie has diverted over 11 million items, nearly 6 million pounds from landfills.
The numbers on the individual bag level are worth knowing, too. A single returned bag can represent 151 lbs in CO2 savings and 1,596 gallons of water. That’s meaningful, and the process is designed to be as easy as possible so people actually do it.
When you register your bag, we send you $15 in Arvin Goods store credit. The bag pays for itself, and then some.
Spring '26 Socks Are Live
Which brings us to what’s waiting on the other side of that drawer clean-out. Spring is live. We just dropped new seasonal colors across our sock lineup, all made in Portugal, the same way we’ve always done it. Blues, pinks, greens, brighter and cleaner than anything you’ve been living in since October. Crew and ankle styles are both in the mix, and more styles are now available in S/M, the size you’ve been asking for. Happy to have more in the rotation.
