RETURNS
We will gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.
U.S. RETURNS
To start your returns process please send an email to info@arvingoods.com
- Provide your order #, date of purchase, name, phone number and address
- Advise your reason for return
- Advise if you would like a refund, or exchange for other product or size
We will reply to you by email within 48 hours with a Return Authorization number, and instructions.
Once your return is received via mail, a replacement will be sent out, or a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping and will need to contact us via email to initiate a return.
Founded in Seattle in 2019 by longtime friends Harry Fricker and Dustin Winegardner, Arvin Goods started with a simple idea: make better basics without compromise.
With backgrounds across design, outdoor culture, and product development, we were tired of choosing between great style and responsible materials. So we began with one pair of socks refined for comfort, built to last and grew from there.
Today we design socks, apparel, and headwear using recycled and low-impact materials, working with trusted makers in Portugal and the US. The approach stays the same: focused product, thoughtful materials, and essentials made to live with you for a long time.
Arvin means “friend of the people,” and that guides everything we do, how we design, who we partner with, and the community we’re building one essential at a time.
