  • We offer international shipping through BorderGuru
  • CAN I REMOVE/ADD/CHANGE ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER?
  • Yes, please email info@arvingoods.com as soon as possible. Once the order ships we will have to wait for you to receive your order and then treat it as an exchange.
  • CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • Yes, please email info@arvingoods.com as soon as possible. You can also log back into your account and cancel the order but once the order ships we will have to wait for you to receive your order and then process it as a return.

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Yes, after your items ship you should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
